We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority. As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us. Service Tasmania will review the documentation and forward it to WorkSafe for processing. If you can’t find your offence listed, you can still request a review for any fine. Some online services will be unavailable on Sunday morning.
